Information you provide
When you contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, optional phone number, project location, service interest and message.
How we use it
We use this information to review your enquiry, contact you and follow up about the project. We also retain the originating page and relevant campaign details so we can understand how enquiries reach us.
Service providers
Airtable stores enquiry records. Resend delivers enquiry notifications and confirmation emails. Sanity manages public website content and approved photography. Our hosting providers process technical information needed to operate and secure the website. We do not sell enquiry information.
Optional analytics
With your permission, Google Analytics uses cookies and technical information to help us understand visits and website interactions. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, enquiry messages and individual property addresses are not included in our Analytics events.
You can allow or decline optional analytics and change your choice at any time using Analytics preferences. Declining analytics does not prevent you from using the website or submitting an enquiry.
Enquiry emails and retention
Enquiry emails relate to your request. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Enquiry information may be retained as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records and meet legal or operational requirements.
